Rental Conditions

Booking of Accommodation:	It is considered confirmed after a 30% advance payment has been made, by bank transfer in €.	Arrival Registration Fee:	6 € per person should be paid once-only on the day of the arrival.
Check in Time:	4 p.m. - 10 p.m. on the arrival day	Deposit:	100 €-damage deposit is paid upon arrival. If there is no damage, deposit is returned on the departure day. In case of damage, the guests are charged with the amount which covers the cost of damage done.
Check out Time:	7 a.m. - 10 a.m. on the departure day	Included in the Price:	Sojourn tax, air conditioning, wireless Internet, parking place, bed linen, towels, toiletries.
Payment of Accommodation:	Accommodation is paid in cash in € on the arrival day.	Pets:	Not allowed.

Additional services are available for all the guests.

All the guests can use a large garden terrace with a barbecue.

All the apartments are air conditioned and are equipped with modern home appliances.

Parking place is provided for all the guests.

All the apartments are provided with satellite TV and Wireless Internet.

The apartment complex is located 500 m from the sea.
