Brijuni National Park is a group of 14 islands and islets with Mediterranean vegetation which offer a sense of untouched nature. The islands are rich in cultural and historic sites and residential villas. Ethno Park and Safari Park with numerous native and exotic animal species are located on the islands. A special attraction of Brijuni is the golf course.
It is possible to visit the islands by taking an organized tour from Fažana which is 5 km away from Štinjan. You can also take a panoramic sightseeing tour of the islands by boat. The closest islands, St Jerolim and Kozada, can be reached from a small harbour in Štinjan which is next to Brioni Campsite. Find out more at Brijuni National Park – Official Web Page.
